I’m Bill Gottlin.  I was born and raised in Jersey City, NJ and have always lived within an hour of midtown Manhattan.  I am a human resources professional.  I have been told that HR is the offspring of a lawyer and a psychiatrist, and that is as good a definition as any of what I do.  I have worked for Fortune 500 corporations, small businesses, and as the owner of my own HR consulting business, Aspire HR Consulting LLC.  I enjoy working with small businesses to solve their obstacles to growth.  And I’m maybe the last guy in America wearing a tie (sometimes).
